BRAWN BRM MIXER SERIES LIVES UP TO NAMESAKE

HOLLAND, MICHIGAN . . . Brawn Mixer, a company built on engineering rugged mixers for the most demanding applications, continues to broaden its product offering with the BRM Series of heavy duty industrial fluid mixers.

Available with horsepower up to 200, BRM Series feature AGMA Class #10 spiral bevel and helical gear set for high gear drive efficiency, especially in low speed mixing applications. The low-headroom, right angle drive is housed in a steel casing, available in 7 different size configurations, and able to withstand the harshest interior and exterior environments. The oversized tapered roller bearings carry a rating of more than 100,000 hours, with a minimum 1.5 service factor. The BRM Series mixers feature drywell construction around the low speed shaft for positive lubricant containments. Options include mechanical seals, high and low-pressure stuffing boxes for closed tank processes, and application specific impellers for optimum flow at lowest power consumption.

Engineered to meet the need for “workhorse” mixers, the BRM Series excel in the demanding applications of pharmaceutical and large scale chemical processing, pulp and paper, minerals and wastewater sludge treatment.
