PROTECTIVE COATINGS
As you may know, mixers are used in a wide variety of applications from pharmaceutical, chemical, food to wastewater and everything in between. In searching out what you need, want and your budget its very important to discuss the product being mixed and the chemical compatibility with our standard materials of construction.
When evaluating materials of construction for wetted parts, Brawn Mixer, Inc. can not control the environmental or process conditions to which its equipment is subjected. Therefore responsibility of specifying suitable materials of construction and / or component parts is the responsibility of the user. Your Brawn Mixer, Inc. application engineers have access to chemical resistance guides that are used to raise red flags when the application doesnt seem to fit the wetted materials of construction, but keep in mind that this is only a guide and the responsibility ultimately falls on to the user.
Brawns portable line of mixers come standard with 316 stainless steel wetted parts while the large top entry mixers utilize 304SS, and can be upgraded to 316SS. Listed below are some different options that are available through Brawn Mixer, Inc.
